Our Corporate Management Services offering consists of the setting up, management and administration of corporate structures in Mauritius.  Our clients range from individual entrepreneurs to multinationals which use Mauritius as a platform for structuring their cross-border investment and trading activities in Africa, Asia and the Middle-East.  We are organised in multi-disciplinary teams consisting of Relationship Management Staff, Company Secretaries, Corporate Administrators and Accountants who all work together, allowing the Mauritius entity to meet its business objectives whilst ensuring it is fully compliant with all existing regulations.

Our Corporate Management staff have the capacity to carry out all the required administrative, accounting and statutory work for Mauritius Global Business Companies of both Category 1 and 2 (GBC1 and GBC2) as well as for Mauritius Freeport companies and domestic entities. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

  • Incorporation of a company in Mauritius;
